Privacy notice
This notice explains how personal data is handled on fondaq.ai and when you leave your details with Fondaq. It is a draft for review by counsel; items in [brackets] are to be completed.
Draft of 27 October 2026
Who we are
Fondaq is a product of DMS AI Solutions, [legal form, registered address, registration number]. DMS AI Solutions is the controller of the personal data described here.
Privacy questions and requests: [privacy contact address].
What we collect on this site
What you type into the business question: a website address or a sentence about your business or idea.
The details you choose to leave: your name, email address, phone number and the channels you allow us to contact you on.
Technical data needed to deliver the site and keep it safe, such as your IP address, used briefly to limit abuse.
Why we use it
To show you your result and plan, to contact you only on the channels you ticked, to create your account when you ask, and to protect the service.
Legal bases: your consent for contact; steps you ask for before a contract; our legitimate interest in security. [Counsel: confirm per jurisdiction, including the UAE PDPL and the GDPR.]
AI and automated decisions
Your plan is produced by automated systems from what you entered. It has no legal or similarly significant effect on you.
If you allow calls or messages, Fondaq's AI agents may contact you, and they say they are AI at the start.
How long we keep it
Scan results and plans: up to 90 days unless you create an account.
Contact details and consent records: [retention period], or until you ask us to delete them. Consent records are kept as long as needed to prove consent.
Who we share it with
Service providers that host the service or send emails, calls and messages for us, under contract. The current list is in the trust centre.
We do not sell personal data.
Where it is stored
Data is stored in its home region. [Counsel: list regions and the safeguards for any transfer.]
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent at any time, object to processing and ask for a copy in a portable format.
You can also complain to your data protection authority. [Counsel: name the competent authorities.]
Changes
We will post changes here and, where the law requires, tell you before they apply.
