Fondaq is provided by DMS AI Solutions, [registered address]. Fondaq gives businesses AI agents, flows and connections to the apps they use.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for the people you invite. Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us about any unauthorised use.

Plans, trials and payment

Plans and prices are listed on the pricing page. Trials are free and stop at their limits. Paid plans are billed in advance in the currency you choose; taxes are added where they apply.

You can change or cancel your plan at any time in the app. [Counsel: refunds and notice periods.]

What you may not do

Use Fondaq to contact people who did not agree to it, to mislead people about AI, to publish unlawful content or to break the terms of the apps you connect.

AI agents and your responsibility

Agents act on your instructions and within the rules you set. Review what needs approval. You remain responsible for your offers, prices and communications to your customers.

Your data

Your business data stays yours. We process it to provide the service, as described in the privacy notice and the data processing agreement. [Counsel: link the DPA.]
